Home State Bear Pride Wall Art

Embrace your inner bear with this completely unique spin on the Land of 10,000 Lakes! Designed and created in Saint Paul, Minnesota, this wall art uses laser cut birch panels, a variety of stains and a handmade maple frame. Ships with a sawtooth hanger.

I designed this piece utilizing a minimalist, stained glass wood style. Minnesota is home to a vibrant, welcoming bear community, so I wanted to pay homage to it through art. I digitally trace the shape of the state, break it up into polygons and then engrave it onto a Baltic birch panel. Then I cut identical pieces, stain them and glue them onto the board. I create a frame using maple, affixing a sawtooth hanger to the back so it can immediately grace your wall. I hope you enjoy having it in your home as much as I enjoyed creating it!
