Minnesota Progress Ornament

Show your pride with a completely unique spin on the Land of 10,000 Lakes! Designed and created in Saint Paul, Minnesota, it features laser cut birch panels and a variety of premium wood stains.

I designed this piece utilizing a minimalist, stained glass wood style. Minnesota has always been my lifelong home, so I wanted to pay homage to it through art. I digitally trace the shape of the state, break it up into polygons and then engrave it onto a Baltic birch panel. Then I cut identical pieces, stain them in a vibrant progress pattern and glue them onto the board. I twist on a hanger it can immediately adorn your tree. I hope you enjoy having it in your home as much as I enjoyed creating it!
